U.S. should allow more Christians in

The article from the New York Times on Dec. 12 relates the generosity of Canada in accepting the Armenian Syrian refugees. Nowhere in the article does it mention that Armenian refugees are part of the Christian community that has been targeted by ISIS for genocide in the Middle East.

The Canadian government has shown good judgment in allowing these Christians into their country. It is a shame that the New York Times feels it has to hide facts to try and manipulate public opinion.

It is also a shame that Glenn Beck has to endure the wrath of ISIS while trying to rescue Christians from Syria and Iraq. Our government should be allowing them into our country rather than the majority of refugees, who are Muslim, and without vetting their backgrounds so we are all now living in fear.

Over 90 percent of the refugees who have been allowed to enter this country have been Muslim and only a very few Christians have been allowed. It seems to me that is backward.
