Step back before letting Muslims in
The “Unhinged” Donald Trump editorial (Dec. 9) appears to have been written by mindless hypocrites.
I have visited The Bee building on several occasions and observed your extensive security when nothing out of the ordinary was going on. I can only imagine how fast you would lock down your building at the first inkling of a threat.
I’m going to go out on a limb here; I’ll bet no one on the editorial board opens the doors of their homes to anyone they don’t know. Yet you’ll rant and rave when someone has the common sense to call for a time out on letting people into this country that may be a threat to us.
Are you kidding yourselves? You treat your workplace and your homes a lot different than you espouse our country should.
There are many many good Muslim people, and I respect and appreciate them. However, there are Muslim leaders and followers around the world who openly express hatred of Americans and express their wish for harm to come to us.
In the face of recent events, common sense tells me we need to step back and figure out who we let in our building, our home and our country.
