ISIS cares nothing about climate change

President Obama stated repeatedly, both before and during the COP21 conference in Paris, that addressing climate change is both a “rebuke” and a “rejection” of terrorism. His point, presumably, is that nations coming together for a common cause will combat ISIS, al-Qaeda, and other terrorist organizations by “uphold(ing) the values that keep us strong and keep us free.”

Is he joking? He believes that terrorist networks will fold and die because a united world agrees to cut carbon? That symbolic and ineffectual agreements will calm the populace against future attacks? And the left said George W. Bush was an intellectually challenged.
