Government is lying to us about refugees
I am cynical. I wasn’t born that way. It started with all the lies about the Vietnam War.
Today I am skeptical of the news we see on TV. Take reports on today’s refugees. Remember all the children from Honduras, Nicaragua and Mexico? They were reported to have come from those countries on foot, yet they crossed our border in clean clothes.
Syrian refugees are arriving the same way, well fed and clean. Photos show thousands of bright red life vests. Where did those come from? These refugees are talking on cell phones!
Remember the refugees in Europe during World War II, Wrapped in whatever they had? Faces drawn. Bodies thin and soiled.
We are being lied to. Census reports 13 percent of our population is black. How much money have we spent on this 13 percent? Census also reports that 13 percent of the population are veterans. How come we don’t spend the same on this 13 percent?
Government is self serving. It will say whatever it has to to better itself at our expense. Government is necessary, but most of it is evil.
