Olivier’s plan’s are failures
In TJ Cox’s otherwise inspiring column Nov. 12, he makes a point of the “whopping two-thirds of 1 percent” change in the new ozone standard. However, from 75 to 70 is a change of 6.67%, not quite so tiny.
On a completely different matter, I have been expecting an expert to demolish the beautiful formula which will end Fresno homelessness, according to Clint Olivier. Not being an expert, I just note that Olivier’s approach has never worked anywhere, to the best of my reading; the only way that has been shown to work is to supply homes and afterwards work at healing the individual social and medical problems.
