Someone define ‘underemployed,’ please
This was the announcement on most news channels: The unemployment rate drops to 5 percent in October 2015; the lowest rate since 2008.
This is good news, right? But, when you listen to the Fox News announcement, you hear something different. The Fox News broadcast was about the underemployment rate and how President Obama was killing jobs.
Wow. Fox makes you think that President Obama was in charge of human resources at every company in the country.
By the way, who came up with this term “underemployed”? Either you have a job or you don’t.
