Thank God for rich corporations

After reading Paul Krugman’s article in The Bee (Nov. 4), the New York Times columnist claims the economy grew better under the leadership of the Democrats than the Republicans.

There is some distortion in his facts. History has already proven through trial-and-error that the liberal Keynesian theory of economics does not work. It’s the conservative Austrian School of economics that has built America’s greatness and also for the rest of the world.

Liberalism distorts justice, the economy and the fruits of man’s labor. It’s the free enterprise systems that provides for the needs and wants of Americans. Thank God for the rich corporations that pay the majority of the taxes and provide employment for the millions of Americans.

When profits are destroyed through a central government so is our national wealth. The economy flourished under conservative President Reagan. It started going downhill in 2009, and is getting worse under this current administration.

The free entitlements and the spending are grossly out-of-control; over $18 trillion and climbing. The national wealth will continue to deteriorate and will go south as long as we have those who profess Democratic liberalism is the way to go. It never has worked and never will.
