Difference between homeless and vagrant is easily seen

Wendell Stephenson (letter Nov. 5) seems to be having trouble discerning the difference between homeless people seeking to better themselves and vagrants whose only goals are to further their criminal ways.

I have a suggestion: Open your eyes, look around, observe discerningly. This is not complicated.

Some things are clearly self-evident and are easily perceived.
