College readiness test is flawed
Only 2 percent of Fresno Unified students are considered college ready, according to the latest results from the Early Assessment Program, as reported on the front page of The Bee (Oct. 20).
If this was true, we would have the same percent of students getting degrees, and obviously that is not true. The Early Assessment Program, overseen by the state Department of Education, is a flawed assessment.
