Get facts before judging others
I posted this on Facebook a few days ago but felt it was worth writing here.
In the movie “Angel in my Pocket,” two women from a church assume the worst about their minister when he goes to a dance club. It turns out he is only buying a piano for his church and when he is accused of doing something sinful, he shows the two women the piano.
We all have had an emotional piano shown to us when we draw the wrong conclusions. That movie and scene reminds us to ask people for facts instead of drawing wrong conclusions. We all get humbled when we see others make the same mistakes we do.
