Fresno Unified’s board takes back seat
The behavior of the Fresno Unified School District school board is unfortunately typical.
I am aware of superintendents receiving very generous salary increases while the teachers fight for maybe 3 percent, not to mention the school board agreeing to that. Why Fresno school board members are taking a back seat to leadership is anybody’s guess, but the superintendent wanting to do district business in secret is very strange.
