Coaches show grace after unlucky 13 bumble
Concerning the Oct. 20 story “Odds were stacked against Clovis”: It was extremely refreshing to read the quotes of Central Coach Mark Hetherington regarding the use of extra players by his team. No excuses, no blame and a true expression of regret for his part in the mistake. This is a man of principles.
Thank you, Coach Hetherington! I also commend Clovis Coach Rich Hammond for acceptance of the injustice to his team.
