Good idea to name a school after Virginia ‘Ginny’ Boris

I was delighted to read the article in The Bee about an elementary school in the Clovis Unified School District, opening in August, named after Virginia “Ginny” Boris.

I served with Ms. Boris on the Kremen School of Education and Human Development Advisory Board at Fresno State and was impressed with her knowledge of school curriculum, her passion for high expectations and touched by her concern for all students.

Congratulations both to the Clovis Unified Board of Education and to Ms. Boris.
