Wonderful pro-lifers? Please come out of hiding
No matter how I search, I am finding the pro-life people as described by the complainer (Sept. 24) regarding the Sept. 15 Morin cartoon in rather short supply. We do need all those wonderful people to come out of hiding to convince their legislators that they support “health and education needs” for the living.
As for so-called hatred depicted by the cartoonist, it seems to me the shoe is on the other foot in the manner that the accuser refers to “pro-abortion and pro-euthanasia” people. Let me assure him no-one is pro-abortion or pro-euthanasia any more than they are pro-brain tumor or pro-heart attack. The belief is that each has the right to make personal and private decisions regarding his/her own medical needs.
