Legal immigrants take American jobs, too
Lately there has been much talk about solutions to the problem of illegal immigration, but I think legal immigration needs to be examined, too.
Why are so many immigrants allowed into this country? I work in the medical profession, and I am amazed at the number of immigrants who come from places like the Philippines to work in the U.S. It seems like their training programs overseas exist for the sole purpose of sending their graduates to this country rather than working in their nation of origin.
Let’s train Americans for available positions rather than continuing to bring in endless streams of immigrants!
