Obama’s end runs happen because Republicans block everything

Columnist Charles Krauthammer is unhappy with the president’s end run around Congress in the Iranian nuclear deal. Unfortunately, Congress is loaded with Republicans who, for strictly political reasons, don’t want President Obama to accomplish anything.

I’m surprised they let him accomplish lunch in the White House. When he loses that privilege, will Mr. Krauthammer give him a lift to the soup kitchen? I didn’t think so.
