No excuse for Judge Petrucelli’s ignorance
There was an interesting response from the judicial misconduct panel in regards to Judge James Petrucelli.
He said he didn’t know what he was doing was wrong. Oh really? Let me try that with a Fresno Police Department motorcycle cop just as he hands me a ticket. Let me try that the next time I am standing in court just before the bailiffs haul me away.
Also, there were some high profile names tied to Judge Petrucelli’s “didn’t know.” No wonder our courts are so screwed up. What’s the old adage? Ignorance of the law is no excuse? Well it appears to be now.
