Stop racing around Bullard High School
Regarding the accident at Bullard High School between a car and the school bus: I attended a council meeting several months ago to ask for speed bumps to be placed on Browning Avenue, from Palm to Fruit avenues. I was told no more speed bumps anywhere. I then suggested they have a patrol car in the morning and when school is let out.
I have seen the racing out of the school parking lot many times, plus several accidents a year. There have been two already this year. If there would have been police at Palm and Browning avenues this morning, no one would have gotten hurt. This area is used for racing with no worry of getting caught.
I hope this problem can be looked into by the Fresno Police Department.
