Fresno senior center
I read your editorial July 5 regarding the need for a senior center here in Fresno. I think it is long overdue and a great idea.
Seniors need fellowship as many have little or no close family members. Loneliness is a common factor for seniors. Being able to share and make new friends would bring so much joy into our lives. We also would be able to share ways that we could help each other in our daily lives.
Seniors are very important to Fresno. Continue to keep this before our politicians.
