U.S. is in worse shape, economically, than Greece
People on the left like to blame capitalism for many things. One thing capitalism cannot be blamed for is the situation in Greece.
In case nobody noticed, Greece cannot pay its bills and is likely headed for bankruptcy. The Greek economy isn’t large enough to fund the socialist utopia that its government created. Consequently, the country has to borrow money to pay the bills.
Greece has so much debt, its creditors won’t loan any more money unless they reduce spending. This is the result of socialist policies that are oppressive to business and production.
Tell me one thing that’s manufactured in Greece. Greece doesn’t manufacture any profitable goods, a country that doesn’t produce anything is doomed economically.
The United States is in worse shape than Greece. The only thing keeping us afloat is the dollar’s status as the world’s reserve currency. Excessive taxes and regulations have ended America’s days as the world’s leading manufacturer.
China manufactures more goods than any other country; they also have the largest economy in the world. Why? Because they’re more capitalistic than we are!
Like Greece, the U.S. has to borrow money to pay its bills. Where do we go to borrow money? China. Capitalism works. Socialism doesn’t.
