Expired tags
Every day that I drive the streets of Fresno, I notice three or four cars with expired license plates. I realize that expired tags are most likely a low priority for law enforcement, but can you imagine the amount of money lost to the state or community by not ticketing these folks? You could hire folks at $13 a hour to locate expired tags, take a picture, and send to the DMV for collection.
