Tough theater critic

So The Bee’s Donald Munro writes an article describing the pain the star of a new, but closing, Broadway play feels at the scathing reviews she received by the critics.

How odd that he feels for this performer, when he has hacked apart many of the live musical theater performances that visit Fresno. “Guys & Dolls” just performed in Fresno, and after receiving rave reviews all over the country, was given a negative review by Mr. Munro.

Mr. Munro’s negativity toward live performance here in Fresno is uncalled for — and a complete diversion from reality in many instances.
