Brandau’s racket
Like all demagogues, Mr. Brandau must get the attention of the rabble he appeals to by making as much of a racket as he can. His claim that Sacramento is behind the drought will only sound reasonable to those who like noise.
This latest statement of his must have come from the same intense thought process that led him to conclude that politicians in Sacramento are pansies and that true citizens of the Valley (and the state) live for driving their cars and barbecuing.
