Invest in parks and youth
All children in Fresno need safe parks and open spaces to help them live a healthy life. A park is an investment in youth, and our youth are worth the investment.
It’s nice to see the city is finally investing in some parks, but where is the investment in a long-term plan to make sure we create more green space, particularly in south Fresno?
We cannot solve our park problem by sprinkling some attention here and there. We need a comprehensive solution or we will continue to be last in the nation when it comes to parks.
