Hands up, Gov. Brown, you’re under arrest
California is now a lawless state, a state that refuses to honor and enforce federal law. It is a state that protects foreign nationals with more zeal than protecting any and all American citizens.
In November of 1860, Abraham Lincoln was elected President, by April 1861, seven states seceded from the Union over their perceived ideas of states’ rights and their desire to maintain an economy based upon slave labor. In April, 1861 the Civil War began.
History is repeating itself. Yet this time it's the blue states of Washington, Oregon, California and New Jersey. They desire to secede from the Union because of their perceived ideas of states’ rights, their misinterpretation of the 10th amendment and their desire to maintain an economy based upon illegal foreign labor. This action is unsustainable and must be corrected immediately.
Either we are a nation of laws or we are not. If the sanctuary States refuse to repeal their sanctuary laws on the books, then I urge President Trump to declare them lawless states. Nationalize their National Guard units, arrest and retain all state and city government officials who promote such laws, until civil order is re-established.
