Fresno street lights are ineffective
Driving from the Tower District to north Fresno last night, I noticed that all of the street lights are ineffective! I drove on Palm and Wishon avenues and Fresno Street, among others. The amount of light given off by the street lights is minimal.
Surely there are better bulbs that can be used so people can see and be seen. I thought the street lights were for safety; for illumination of the sidewalk and roadway. Currently, they only show me the outline of the street in the distance.
