Send all gun-toting predators to Alabama

Seriously, how much more can we take?

The National Rifle Association and Republicans once again want to ease restrictions on gun laws. Every time that political process takes shape, there seems to be an aftermath of school shootings (such as the latest one in New Mexico). Young people now have to be hyper vigilant of crazed shooters and protected sexual predators. Is this the new norm?

Republicans feel comfortable with this dark cloud hanging over them. Unfortunately, it covers all of America. The children are watching; the world is watching. Undoubtedly, another silent moment of prayer in Congress will be aired. They seem almost meaningless once gun lobbyists chalk up another victory.

As for placement of predators, why not send them all to Alabama? It's apparent that the Christian community there embraces any gun-toting molester. Enough is enough.
