Teachers can have their strike and be subs, too
The teachers should outflank the FUSD Board of Trustees. I may be a little ignorant about striking, as I am not in a union. However, if I were leading the union, I would have all my teachers apply for the $500 a day and be their own substitutes.
The teachers can officially be on strike (forever with a raise at $500 per day plus back pay) and still be in the classroom. FUSD will run out of scab money and begin listening. When the money is gone, the politics go, too. Teachers, be your own scab!
