Advice to Fresno Unified: Enforce rules or face consequences

The Bee devotes front-page coverage and almost 800 words to Fresno Unified School District spending $1 million on black students to combat discipline inequities – well, here’s my maximum 200 words on this issue beginning with the basic ABCs:

Asinine, Bureaucratic BS, Cockamamie, Dumb, Extreme, Failure, Goofy, Horrible, Idiotic, Joke, Keystone Kops, Lousy, Muck-A-Muck, Nonsense, OMG, Problematic, Quandary, Reckless, Stupid, Tragic, Uninformed, Vacillate, Wasteful, X-Rated, Yikes, Zero.

Now, with that said, knowing that this community is going to argue to-the-end-of-time cultural norms/mores, heredity, environment, communication and standards of society on this controversial issue, I say to FUSD: Without rules there is chaos. With chaos there is anarchy, and with anarchy there is war.

So, it’s very simple – everyone must follow the same rules or face consequences for their actions.

Now when can I expect my $1million check from the district for my services as a consultant?
