The Senate version of the American Health Care Act has finally been revealed. Here is one of the alarming items in the bill: It allows insurance corporations to charge older Americans five times as much as younger people. This could bankrupt many older Americans not yet eligible for Medicare.

Health care costs are already prohibitively expensive. Apparently, the contention that Donald Trump is ready to sacrifice the welfare of the common person to give huge tax decreases to the rich is true.

The Republicans are going to lose a lot of votes on this at the mid-term elections, and Trump will not get re-elected if he signs this bill in its present form.
