California was nice until Dems ran it into the ground

My mom has been visiting me and, although conservative, she likes to read The Bee. So I started a subscription again. Now I remember why I don’t subscribe. You publish a liberal, anti-Trump newspaper – from the glowing review of angry leftist Kamala Harris to Bill McEwen’s sarcastic attack on Devin Nunes.

Had Mr. McEwen been watching the news this past year, he may have noticed that it is not conservatives who have assaulted people, destroyed property, burned the America flag or shot members of Congress.

Also, the government was not put in place to provide health insurance and huge government pensions. Nor to feed and house children produced without benefit of employment or marriage. Nor to provide services to people who come to America illegally, specifically California.

There is no more money. I am a sixth-generation Californian. It used to be a nice place until Democrats ran it into the ground.
