What kind of person dumps a puppy onto the street?
The other day, a young woman with her daughter in the car stopped and dumped a little female puppy. She made a U-turn, almost ran over this puppy. Not bad enough, little puppy started running down the street trying to catch up with her. She was driving a brand new white car with no tags.
The puppy we brought in, rescued her and she is now at the Animal Compassion Team no-kill shelter. She has pretty blue eyes and they named her Sapphire. She is very smart and loving.
I don’t understand how someone can do this horrible act of dumping a dog, when there are so many no-kill shelters in our town. We would have kept her, but we already have three dogs, all rescued.
