What in the world was Sen. McCain talking about?

Sen. John McCain’s performance on June 8 in his questioning of James Comey was truly an embarrassment to the stature of the Senate.

First, he was unable to grasp the clearly made distinction between a completed investigation where results could be made public and an on-going investigation that has not yet reached conclusions.

Second, he repeatedly implied that it might have been the Clinton campaign that colluded with Russia when all evidence has been that the Russian actions were aimed at discrediting her, and it was Trump campaign officials known to be in contact with Russian agents.

The senator is either senile or too blinded by partisanship to allow plain truth to enter a closed mind.
