Is Gov. Brown acting like a dictator?

I’m a grandmother who feels our leaders have let us down. Living in California is like living under a dictatorship. Gov. Brown is telling us he is going to make us a sanctuary state. He is not asking; he is telling.

The governor does not want to secure our borders, yet he travels with security personnel. What we want is to be safe in our homes and on our streets and to have our children and grandchildren well educated, and feel they have a future.

He should stop wasting our tax money for overpriced lawyers to fight the federal government, and use them to find solutions to help the good people who are here illegally find a way to stay.

Maybe employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants could help find a legal solution through a work program or sponsorship. The employers are part of the problem and need to be part of the solution.
