Attention lawmakers, stop gas tax hike or face a revolt
The gas and car tax hike to be implemented is egregious. California lawmakers have mismanaged and overtaxed Californians to the point where people are moving out of the state.
It is unacceptable that lawmakers are penalizing us for their mismanagement and overspending, particularly for illegal aliens, while the middle class is left to bail out our state government time and time again.
If these tax increases go through, Californians will revolt by voting legislators out of office, which they richly deserve.
I’m sure there’s another way to find the money to repair the highways. We will fight this in every way we can.
