Too much bait and switch with California taxes

As a California taxpayer, I don’t trust Gov. Jerry Brown. Over the years, how many promises have been made and dollars spent saying that road repair work was going to be done? It’s never happened.

If the governor feels strongly that the highways and byways of California are in need of repair (which I certainly agree with), why doesn’t he roll up his sleeves and figure how to get this done without raising taxes even more?

No more payments in advance. Do the work, and then we’ll pay the bill!
