Why can’t newscasters get Trump’s title right?

It seems that the national newscasters (ABC, CBS, NBC) have a hard time recognizing who our president is. They refer to past presidents. ie, Obama and Clinton, as President Obama or President Clinton, but would rather call President Trump, Mr. Trump.

Guess they have a hard time admitting to themselves or the viewers that Mr. Trump is actually President Trump. Or does the Democratic (party) etiquette require this designation?
