Living wage for restaurant workers?

Regarding Steve Wayte’s question: “Why don’t many Hispanics tip?”

Answer: Typically people tip according to the service and treatment they receive.

He also said he “was defending his staff.”

Perhaps if his servers were getting decent living wages, they would not be so dependent on tips.

I wish Mr. Wayte and his staff the very best.
