Keep basketball courts out of Eaton Plaza
The Eaton Plaza Master Plan was prepared for the city of Fresno by highly qualified consultants. The plan was amply reviewed by city staff and involved their participation.
When the plan was adopted (and paid for), it is certain that no one believed its long-term implementation might be sacrificed to a couple of basketball courts and incompatible chain-link fencing.
The Eaton Plaza Master Plan should not be repealed.
