Intelligence spending wasted on Trump

According to the annually released figures from the Director of National Intelligence, Congress has appropriated between $60 and $80 billion each year for the past decade for national and military intelligence programs.

We now have Donald Trump skipping daily intelligence briefings, contradicting DHS reports, bad-mouthing the FBI and other intelligence agencies, and getting his alt-facts from the bastions of intelligence, Fox News and Brietbart News.

So why are we spending billions on unused, unheeded, unneeded government intelligence services?
