Are we encouraging bus transit or more cars?
Does the right hand of the city of Fresno not know what the left hand is doing?
I refer to destroying the Fulton Mall to provide parking for cars while Blackstone Avenue is being reworked to facilitate bus rapid transit to downtown. It does not add up. Largely federal funds are being used, but it is nevertheless our money working at cross purposes.
