Debate rebuttal: ‘Suck it up, buttercups’
This is in response to the opinion piece by Fresno State professors Ethan J. Kytle And Blain Roberts entitled “Make no mistake: Donald Trump is Dylann Roof’s president” in the Dec. 3 Bee.
Shame on The Bee editorial staff for allowing this drivel. I challenged myself to come up with a critique consisting of one word to describe the piece. “Despicable” was the first that came to mind. Then “vacuous.” The winner, though, is the most apropos...”deplorable.”
To the authors: Yes, Trump will be Mr. Roof’s president next month, but he will also be yours (insert smiley face here). So suck it up, buttercups!
