Support Fresno infill development
Developers are not exactly lined up to build in central Fresno. When a developer with a proven record, steps up to build in central Fresno, one would think they would be embraced.
A large empty lot, that will soon be trash laden again, at Clinton and Blackstone avenues exists, shovel ready. We need to support development by builders like Darius Assemi, and not create roadblocks to city in-fill. Let’s move forward and work to get construction moving for improvements.
