Clinton cheated during debates: Where is the condemnation?

When I was teaching college, if a student was caught cheating on a final exam, he or she got an F for the semester.

It has been widely reported that Donna Brazile sent Hillary Clinton debate questions in advance. She has been, rightfully, terminated from her job at that news network.

The problem is that no one seems to be concerned about the person who used that information to cheat during the national debates. After the debates, at public events, Hillary Clinton actually gloated over her debate performances. Now we know why she did so well.

Where is the condemnation of her cheating and then gloating? Have our morals declined so much that we now expect cheating from our presidential candidates?
