Stop using Cornelia Avenue as dumping ground
It seems that a number of people in Fresno have been dumping their trash along Cornelia Avenue from McKinley to Ashlan avenues. This even after the pickup was made several weeks ago. Who do you contact since Cornelia has both county and city islands along it?
My property is city but the adjacent property on the north is county. During the time we have lived here, we only had a Fresno City Council member have a meeting once and that was many years ago. Who is dumping? Probably county residents, because they do not have a program for major trash pickups. Cornelia now looks like a mile-long dump.
