Nuclear war is my biggest worry
I hear some people talking about not voting because they do not like either candidate. They use the term “lesser of the two evils.”
By not voting, they may well be casting a ballot for “greater of two evils.” People in parts of the world fight for the chance to vote! We are so fortunate to have it, but are sometimes willing to let someone else pick who will run the country for the next four years!
All the issues about women’s rights, immigration, the economy, etc. pale beside the elephant on the room: nuclear war! The president of the United States has the power to launch a nuclear World War III with the push of a button, which would end life on this planet as we know it!
One of the candidates has said he sees nothing wrong with using nuclear weapons if he is offended. The other has years of experience avoiding a nuclear disaster.
You might want to decide which candidate you would trust with the red button. As I see it, this is really the big issue in this election!
