Friendly, helpful Clovis Walmart shoppers made my day
After a doctor appointment at 11:30 a.m., I realized we needed ice and tea. The closest place on our way home was the super Walmart on Herndon Avenue in Clovis. I left my husband saying, “I’ll just be a minute.” Oh no, battery dead. We called AAA; there was a 90-minute wait.
We had at least 10 folks say, “Can we help?” A lady in a pretty green dress, went into the store, came back right away, with two bottles of water. It made a stressful event a positive, with kind folks stopping to help. Thanks so much.
