Mike Robinson serves Fresno County children well
November elections are right around the corner, and we face important decisions on many levels. At the local level, school board elections are always of interest to me. Stability in leadership is critical to the success of our local education systems, and stability in leadership demands stability in governance.
A school board must understand the role and serve selflessly on behalf of the children it represents. One race of particular interest to me is the District 2 seat on the Fresno County Board of Education; Mike Robinson is seeking reelection. Mike has served on the board since 2012 and has served well.
The board selected him to serve as president in 2015, recognizing his leadership ability and desire to focus on “what’s best for kids.” I have had the honor of knowing Mike for nearly 40 years and worked closely with him for 20 years as he served the children of Fresno County as a school psychologist.
Mike is a man of integrity who understands the needs of the children of Fresno County and represents them well. I wholeheartedly endorse and support Mike as he seeks re-election to the county school board.
