It’s legal for unlicensed drivers to get auto insurance

I know that it is illegal to drive without a license, but no where does it say that it’s illegal to have auto insurance while being unlicensed.

Having a driver’s license is being privileged and legally able to drive. After getting a driver’s license, drivers usually buy auto insurance in case of any accidents they might encounter while driving. Auto insurance usually covers damages to another driver whose car has been wrecked or driver has been injured during accidents.

Accidents can come at any time, and it’s unfortunate, but common, to have unlicensed drivers driving among us. Having so many unlicensed drivers, it’s only a matter of time for one of them to get into a car accident while behind the wheel. For that reason, it is legal for unlicensed drivers to have auto insurance.

It’s not the big auto insurance companies that that allow unlicensed drivers to be covered, but the small companies who sell unlicensed drivers insurance to gain money. It may be unfair to the people who have the legal right to drive, but its not illegal for unlicensed drivers to be covered in a car accident, too.
