Did you rescue a woman on Bullard and Maroa? This one’s for you
I feel really blessed and lucky to have been born in this country. Fresno does have some very caring people around.
On June 10, at 10:40 a.m., I was hit by a car while walking my dog on Bullard and Maroa avenues. With all the madness and violence that is going around in this world, it doesn’t take much for people to start judging people and end up causing a confrontation.
Within seconds, a nurse got out of her car and was on her knees telling me her name, and saying that she would stay with me until help arrived. Someone else got out of his car and started directing traffic. He was also saying “Stay down” because he saw that I had hit the road with my head.
The man who hit me called my family. A neighbor came out and took my dog so that he would not run away. There were so many people who wanted to help. It just happened so fast that I cannot remember names.
I just want to say thank you to every one for caring about me.
God bless you all and I am fine.
